Tia Mowry has lost 20lbs. and she’s crediting her cookbook “Whole New You” with helping her to do it.
After being diagnosed with endometriosis, Tia overhauled her diet and has been sticking to the principles outlined in her cookbook Whole New You. She stays away from “processed, packaged” foods and instead opts for “whole foods” like fruits, vegetables, seeds and whole grains.
Tia’s hard work has paid off! The cooking show host posted a pic on Instagram of her progress.
“I’ve lost 20 pounds! Many asked how? Diet and cooking out of my cookbook #wholenewyou,” she captioned the photo.
Mowry didn’t always have such a healthy relationship with food. In her cookbook, she reveals she developed poor eating habits on the set of Sister Sister, where she would snack on candy, cookies and potato chips. As we all know time brings about a change.
