Buckingham Palace has released more details regarding Harry and Meghan’s transition from active royals to regular citizens.
According to a statement from the Palace, the Sussex’s transition will take effect on March 31st, also the royal family and the couple have agreed to an initial 12-month review to ensure the arrangement works for all parties.
As Prince Harry and Meghan will no longer be undertaking official engagements in support of the Queen, they will no longer have an office based at Buckingham Palace. Starting April 1st, the couple will be represented through their UK foundation.
Harry and Meghan have Royal engagements scheduled through March that includes Harry’s Invictus Games Choir Visit on Feb. 28th alongside Jon Bon Jovi and he will also attend the official opening of the Silverstone Experience on 6 March with Lewis Hamilton.
Harry and Meghan will also be present at the Endeavor Fund Awards on March 5th. The couple will also both attend the Mountbatten Music Festival on March 7th.
Meghan is also scheduled to mark International Women’s Day on March 8th.
