Prince’s Paisley Park could be up for sale…
Administrators of the late singer’s estate have asked a judge for permission to offer nearly 20 properties owned by Prince, including the Chanhassan recording complex where he was found dead in April. Court papers filed Friday estimate the properties are worth a combined $28 million.
Special administrator – Bremer Trust, said in one of Friday’s filings that real estate agents need to begin listing the properties to take advantage of market conditions.
Among the properties is a Minneapolis house where the exteriors of Prince’s 1984 hit movie “Purple Rain” was filmed.
