My bed and my tears have been my best friend. If I’m honest I even had a moment where I questioned my purpose here on earth. I was mad at God and anybody who seemed like they had just moved on with life while I was still trying to deal with losing my husband to COVID. Yep me.. Bea! The girl who can recite scripture and know how to apply it to her life. But….. when depression shows up at your doorstep what do you do?
One day while lying in bed I started scrolling through Instagram and saw that one of my favorite people Michelle Williams was releasing a book and a podcast that was suited for people like me. People who aren’t afraid to say “I’m NOT okay!”
