With all the emotional tributes coming in after the shocking death of Chadwick Boseman, Gospel artist Kirk Franklin decided to honor the Black Panther star through music.

Before going into his tribute, an emotional Kirk shared with his followers that he like most artist, like to express himself through music.

The GOAT. along with his band, then went into a remix of Kendrick Lamar’s “All Stars” from the Black Panther album.

Kirk Franklin is about to bring us some Christmas cheer early, and we sure do need it!

RCA Inspiration is releasing a special edition of Christmas, the beloved album from Kirk Franklin and the Family. The album is being issued in a limited vinyl edition on October 2nd, celebrating the record’s 25th anniversary. Gospel music superstar Kirk Franklin helped Kelly Clarkson surprise a utility worker on her talk show Monday.

After a young lady named Sarah overheard a utility worker named Albert singing, she asked him if he would serenade her mother who is living in an assisted living facility. Albert said yes and song “His Eye Is On The Sparrow,” from afar. Her mother, who has dementia loved it!

So during the segment, Kirk surprised Albert and Sarah with an uplifting message and thanked them for continuing to bring joy into the world during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Kirk and Kelly also had a little fun during the segment also, with Kelly sharing that she grew up listening to Kirk and singing Gospel. The Grammy award winning Gospel singer, being his funny self replied,”I know your throat got some Sunday morning on it.” lol…

They also discussed Kirk’s Verzuz battle with Fred Hammond, he called it a culture phenomenon, and I couldn’t agree more.

Kirk Franklin has done to us what Beyonce did to us on Juneteenth.

The award winning Gospel artist and GOAT dropped a heart felt rendition of the Negro National Anthem, “Lift Every Voice & Sing,” to honor the fourth of July. The video features Kirk on the piano in all black along with a slew of singers belting out the lyrics dressed in all black as well.

Kirk Franklin and wife Tammy Franklin’s youngest daughter is about to become a Baylor University graduate!

Kennedy Franklin is set to receive her B.A. in journalism on December 20th. from the nationally ranked Christian University.

Proud papa Kirk shared a heartfelt message about his “babygirl” Tuesday afternoon on social media.

“My youngest daughter is graduating from college this month…I could tell her a billion times how proud I am of her, but it will take her becoming a mother to fully understand the weight of that pride.”

He continued,

“This is my babygirl. The one that has been my beautiful spoiled drama queen…and YES, it’s my fault! I would do it all again if I could. Jesus, thank you for my kennedy.”

Tammy Franklins’ birthday is actually December 3rd, but her husband, Gospel music superstar Kirk Franklin has started celebrating his lovely wife early!

The Gospel artist celebrated his wife’s upcoming birthday with some of her favorite things… family, friends, burgers, Christmas, and dancing.
