On Christmas day, christian rapper Lecrae was clearly watching NBA games, when he tweeted the NBA’s hashtag for their Christmas day games, “#NBAXmas”, well some fans got upset, and started tweeting the rapper their disappointment, some even questioning the rappers Christianity.
Lecrae, who’s Reach Records recently signed a partnership with Columbia Records — is gearing up for a new album in 2017. The Anomaly rapper revealed that the new album has a theme of struggle, embracing the struggle, and finding grace in the midst of it. The rapper also revealed that singer Tori Kelly, makes an appearance on the album.
Christian rapper, Lecrae recently went backpacking through Egypt and Rome, where the Reach Records owner said his faith was renewed, and ultimately he concluded that he believes “God isn’t overwhelmed with America’s problems.”
In the lyric’s to Lecrae’s “Can’t Stop Me Now, the rapper addresses everything from depression, to the shooting death of Tamir Rice, and his critics.

The gentlemen along with 2 others filed a lawsuit last year stating that Perry and Juicy J stole elements from their song “Joyful Noise” in her chart-topping hit, “Dark Horse.”
