Unbeknownst to Erica, her ex-fiancé Jason (Jay Pharoah) is getting married at the same location, and Erica gets roped in to performing at the wedding. I am beyond excited to share the powerful Netflix Monster trailer premiering May 7th on the streaming service.

Should one moment define my life?

According to the streaming service, Monster  tells the story of Steve Harmon (Kelvin Harrison, Jr.) a seventeen-year-old honor student whose world comes crashing down around him when he is charged with felony murder. The film follows his dramatic journey from a smart, likeable film student from Harlem attending an elite high school through a complex legal battle that could leave him spending the rest of his life in prison.

The Crown season 4 premieres Nov. 15th on Netflix, and I couldn’t be more excited. We finally get to see my favorite Royal, the late Princess Diana (played by Emma Corrin).

If the season is anything like Princess Diana’s and Prince Charles real life romance, viewers will get to see why Princess Diana felt like there were three people in her marriage…. Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles and herself. And of course the wedding seen around the world and Diana in that iconic dress with the cathedral length train.

Here is the synopsis for season 4:

As the 1970s are drawing to a close, Queen Elizabeth (Olivia Colman) and her family find themselves preoccupied with safeguarding the line of succession by securing an appropriate bride for Prince Charles (Josh O’Connor), who is still unmarried at 30. As the nation begins to feel the impact of divisive policies introduced by Britain’s first female Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher (Gillian Anderson), tensions arise between her and the Queen which only grow worse as Thatcher leads the country into the Falklands War, generating conflict within the Commonwealth. While Charles’ romance with a young Lady Diana Spencer (Emma Corrin) provides a much-needed fairytale to unite the British people, behind closed doors, the Royal family is becoming increasingly divided.

Netflix The Crown Ending After Season 5

First the news that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were leaving the Royal family and now Peter Morgan has announced that Netflix The Crown will be ending after season 5.

It was the “perfect time and place to stop.”

The Crown

“At the outset I had imagined The Crown running for six seasons but now that we have begun work on the stories for season five it has become clear to me that this is the perfect time and place to stop,” said Morgan to THR. “I’m grateful to Netflix and Sony for supporting me in this decision.”

Along with announcing the end of the series, he also announced that English actress Imelda Staunton will play the final Queen.

Morgan added that he was “absolutely thrilled” that Staunton — a British stage and screen icon with a career spanning four decades, five Olivier awards, a BAFTA award and an Oscar nomination (for 2004’s Vera Drake) — would be “taking The Crown into the 21st Century.”

Now I’m wondering how they will end the series. Will it end with the tragic death of Princess Diana or with the marriage of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles?

Royalist, we have some good news! The Crown season 3 has got a premiere date.

Netflix has announced that the royal drama will premiere later this year. I know, I know, that’s not soon enough. Especially since we haven’t seen the series since season 2 premiered at the end of 2017.

The streaming service has yet to confirm the date, but in a letter to investors following its first-quarter financial results, it revealed that The Crown’s latest series would debut after July 1, according to Deadline.

Netflix The Crown has cast actress Emma Corrin to play Princess Diana, the first wife of Prince Charles in season 4 of the award winning series.

Season three is expected to premiere at some point this year, although Netflix has yet to confirm an exact date.

We’ve had a long wait between season 2 and 3 in part due to the fact that they had to change the cast, since everyone will be older in the next installment.
