Pastor Donnie McClurkin, who was heading back to the States after ministering at the Akwa Ibom 2015 Christmas Carol festival, met R&B singer Trey Songz on his flight.
The Sunday Best judge, then shouted Trey Songz out on Instagram:
Flew in together from Nigeria with one of the greatest young men..@treysongz go bless him! It was a pleasure meeting you, young man!!!! Love you and praying for. You!
Trey Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Aldon Neverson, was often taken to church by his devout grandmother, who sang in the choir, when he was growing up. The singer is also known to use twitter to praise God,
“Thank God for another day,” he has tweeted. “He’s magnificent, receiving blessing after blessing and praying for humility through it all.”
